Our Saviour’s Catholic School Gala 2024
The Venue
Set on the banks of the beautiful Indian River, Field Manor prides itself on rustic elegance and old Florida charm. Its forty-five-acre homestead includes a large covered pavilion with scenic river views, providing a stunning backdrop for our Gala.
Getting There and Parking
750 Field Manor Dr, Merritt Island, FL 32953. A parking attendant will be there on the day of the event.
The Gala is only open to guests 21+ as there will be alcohol served. There will be a cash bar along with the ability to purchase an unlimited hawaiian drink pass. The Gala will be Hawaiian-themed in honor of our sister school Sacred Heart in Lanai, Maui. All money raised from the purchase of Leis or Kukui beads for this event will go to Sacred Heart which was devastated by the Hawaiian wildfires.
Food and Beverage
Cocktail hour - 5:00 - 6:00
You don't want to arrive fashionably late for this event! Guests arriving between 5:00 - 6:00 will be greeted with a complimentary cocktail. Also during this hour, we will have beautiful grazing
boards courtesy of The Boardroom. As a special treat, the Penovich family will be doing fresh-cut sushi until 6:00.
Get ready to loosen your belts because we have an amazing buffet planned. The centerpiece of it all is our traditional roast pig. We'll have some beautiful sliders, mango salsa, and of course, roasted pineapple to round out your plates. There are too many dishes to list so you'll just have to come and be surprised!
Entertainment
For our earlier arrivals, we have a special treat. Mr. Grey will be performing several songs with his students on the ukulele until 7:00 p.m. For our main event, we are extra pleased to welcome the Aloha Hula of Brevard dancers who will be performing traditional dances.
