More Fair News

October 17, 18, 19 & 20

Construction:  Fair construction will continue this Saturday at 8:00 in the gym parking lot.  We need lots of help! It will continue every weekend until the fair is completed. Lunch will be provided.  You also get volunteer hours for time spent helping!!  This does not count towards your 4 hours per child during the fair, but towards your 20 hours per year. The family who contributes the most hours gets a prize, so bring your family and friends with you!!

Schedules:  Sign-up sheets are now on line at https://signup.com/go/QckFWcQ for all class booths and ticket selling venues. Remember each family is responsible for working 4 hours per student DURING the fair. We are in need of captains for each booth. As a captain you would organize the decorating of your booth. This may include painting, making sure all parts and pieces of your game are in good working order and communicating with your class to fill your schedule. This position would fulfill your 4 hour obligation. If you have an issue regarding scheduling your time please contact Mrs. Westner immediately at awestner@oursaviourschool.org

Candy, Candy, Candy:  We ask that each family bring in 2 bags of non-chocolate candy to use as prizes in the game booths.  You can drop these in the school office anytime.

Ride Tickets:  Ride tickets are now on sale.  Sell, Sell, Sell. There are great prizes for the top sellers.  If your child is not selling tickets then, Buy, Buy, Buy. Wristband vouchers are only $20.00 now for all you can ride, per day!  They increase to $25.00 per day once the fair opens! Tickets are also available,  each strip has 6 tickets for $5.00. At the fair they are 5 for $5.00. Sell at any Mass or Publix! Sign up on line.

Raffle Tickets:  Once again, this year someone will win $10,000.00 in our raffle.  Tickets will be mailed out to parishioners and you can also be picked up in the office.  Maybe this year’s winner will be you!

Lucky Town:  The Lucky Town booth is accepting donations of new goods and services for their hourly raffles.  If you or your business has something to donate, please call Jennifer Hyland 321-890-3012 or drop off at the school or church office labeled “Lucky Town”. New this year: we are asking for each grade level to sponsor a basket to raffle. Please see the attached list of items needed for your grade.
