Our Saviour Catholic School is a U.S. Dept. of Education Blue Ribbon School.

You’ve heard that term before, but what exactly does it mean?

For public schools the state may nominate up to 10% of their schools in the state each year.

For private schools, the Council for American Private Education may nominate only 50 private schools nationwide each year. So for a private school, it is a greater challenge since we are required to compete nationally for less positions. An “A school” in Florida does not equate to a Blue Ribbon School.

Very few public schools pursue Blue Ribbon status.

Last March, when we took the Iowa Assessment (a nationally-normed test) and here are our class test scores:

Grade 2 - performed at 3.2 Grade level

Grade 3 - performed at 4.8 Grade level

Grade 4 - performed at 6.3 Grade level

Grade 5 - performed at 7.2 Grade level

Grade 6 - performed at 8.8 Grade level

Grade 8 - performed at 12.3 Grade level

Not only are we a high performing school academically, we take an interest in each and every one of our students and are vested in their success. If your child is at another school right now, bring them to us. See what we can offer you and your child. See our caring and loving atmosphere where every child is important to us.

If you don’t think you can afford a Catholic education, please stop by and visit. It never hurts to ask.
